Stall at Blackpool Film Collectors’ Convention 2025

The PPT had a Dealers Table at the annual Blackpool Film Collectors' Convention, where we sold lots of Super 8 and 16mm films.

These were mostly feature films that we seldom screen at our facilities in Dean Clough, Halifax, as short films are more suitable for most of our activities. Some were also deteriorating, and if we had held on to them for any longer they would have become too poor to run.

We also sold quite a few duplicate books such as Complete Projectionist and the like. All in all a good and very busy event.

The images show us at a pre-show relaxation meeting and our stand. We took a few pounds short of £1500, not bad for a day’s work!
